Rönesans Becomes the “Compass” for Young People
Believing in the bright future of Turkey and young people, Rönesans Education Foundation has provided 100 new university graduates with employment opportunities at Rönesans Holding and its affiliated group of companies thanks to its “Young Discovery Program Pusula.” As part of the Compass, young people will be employed in the Rönesans Holding and its group of companies and prepared for the business life for one year.
Rönesans Education Foundation (REV) is now involved in another educational support project that it has taken as a mission in order to ensure that the skilled young people, who will shape our future, could be trained. Within the context of the “Young Discovery Program Pusula”, 100 young graduates of the universities’ relative departments in faculties of economics and administrative sciences, engineering and architecture will be employed in the Rönesans Holding and its group of companies and prepared for the business life for one year.
The Pusula Program, which has already broken grounds among the institutional social responsibility programs that provide new graduates with employment opportunities in Turkey, aims at developing young people’s professional competence and qualification, as well as ensuring that they adopt the business culture and get completely ready for the business life.
