What is the Pusula Programme?
The Pusula: Beginning of the Future Programme is a one-year comprehensive program designed to prepare recent university graduates for their first steps into professional life.The programme enhances recent graduates by matching them with suitable positions related to their interest. This journey, which begins in September as a full-time team member, will be completed over the course of one year through various training programmes and gaining of technical knowledge and skills.
What is the Purpose of the Pusula Programme?
Rönesans Holding aims to support young people taking their first steps in their Professional careers by providing access to its managerial, educational, and guiding sustainability principles.Through the Pusula: The Beginning of the Future Programme, Rönesans Holding aims to contribute to its sustainable growth goals by pursuing the following objectives:
- Enhancing Professional Competence and Skills: Equipping young professionals participating in the programme with the occupational knowledge and skills required in business life.
- Embracing Culture: Ensuring that recent graduates understand and internalize the corporate work culture and values.
- Eliminating Experience Prerequisite: Addressing one of the most significant challenges faced by recent graduates in their job search—lack of work experience—thereby increasing their employability.
What are the Participation Conditions for the Compass Programme?
To join the Pusula: The Beginning of the Future Programme, we expect from you:
- Have graduated from a university in Türkiye in 2024 or 2025,
- Being under 25 years of age,
- A qualification in a relevant field of study
- Successful completion of all assessment stages following your initial application

1. Can I receive more information about the Pusula Programme?
The Pusula Programme is a social responsibility project organised under the joint umbrella of Rönesans Holding and the Rönesans Education Foundation. Within this programme, young people who join us will work within Rönesans for 12 months to gain essential work experience.
Through this programme, you will not only gain in-depth technical knowledge and skills, but also enhance your competencies through training and mentorship opportunities.

2. Why is the Pusula Programme limited to 12 months?
The Pusula Programme's purpose is to provide recent graduates with valuable experience that enhances their CVs. This period allows young people to take their first steps into the business world and adapt to industry requirements, offering them the opportunity to make a solid start to their careers.
3. Is the Pusula Programme an internship?
No, the Pusula Programme is not an internship. The programme bridges the gap between academic and professional life for recent university graduates. Participants gain crucial work experience by working within Rönesans Holding for 12 months.
4. Will we be placed in vacant positions within the Pusula Programme?
You will be placed in positions within the Pusula Programme where you can gain optimal work experience with experienced colleagues, allowing you to develop your competencies in the most suitable areas.
5. Can I choose the sites/locations where I work?
During the preliminary application, you will be asked to select your top 5 departments and the top 3 cities where you would like to work. We will attempt to place you according to your preferences and application distribution. However, if the quotas in your desired locations are full, you will be directed to other locations based on your preferences.
6. Who can participate in the Pusula Programme?
