The Impact of CSR: A Key Factor in Boosting Employee Loyalty

Rönesans Holding Board Member Emre Baki shared the company's vision for "responsible growth" and corporate social responsibility in Hürriyet columnist Yasemin Salih's article, "The Impact of CSR: A Key Factor in Boosting Employee Loyalty"

"Acting with Sensitivity Reflects Positively on the Company"

Emre Baki, Rönesans Holding Board Member, emphasised that Rönesans is focused on the goal of 'responsible growth' and highlighted that its efforts positively impact all stakeholders. Baki noted that Rönesans runs projects in 30 countries with over 30,000 employees, adding, “Our employees are always by our side in social responsibility projects; they actively participate in these efforts to make a positive impact and benefit society.”

He pointed out that employees demonstrated this remarkable brand of teamwork during the recovery efforts following the 6th February earthquakes. Baki provided the following information: "We know how important it is to act sensitively and to set an environmentally and socially sustainable vision and how this reflects positively on the company, its employees, creditors, and customers—in short, all stakeholders. As a holding company, our most critical goal is to pass the business on to the bright, inquisitive, and sensitive young people of today who will join us in the future. Rönesans truly maintains and cultivates values that are worthy of them. Based on the job applications we receive at Rönesans Holding and its subsidiaries, we can see that we are well on our way to achieving this goal.”
