Claudia Pendred holds an MBA from INSEAD, following earlier studies at the University of Oxford and Harvard University.
Claudia Pendred is an experienced board member and has served as a Non-Executive Director on a variety of boards, including listed and private companies, equity and property funds, and charities.
She has over 30 years of experience working in the private sector for two investment banks and in the development sector for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and for the World Bank. For over 25 years, her focus has been on Central and Eastern Europe. She has significant experience in equity and debt investments and has advised on mergers, acquisitions, privatisations, and listings on the stock market.
She has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of Rönesans Holding since 2026.
