Bramske van Beijma thoe Kingma– Dudok van Heel obtained her master's degree from the University of Leiden in the field of Public Administration with a specialization in Management of Information Systems in 1998. Her career journey began as a Project Manager at airline KLM Cargo, followed as a Consultant and later as an accomplished Account Manager at engineering and consulting firm Tebodin. In 2012, she joined contractor Royal BAM Group, holding pivotal roles in energy transition initiatives amongst others at BAM Infra Energy & Water. In 2020, she joined Ballast Nedam, a Rönesans Holding group company based in the Netherlands. Currently, she serves as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and the Director of Digital Transformation & Innovation, making significant contributions to both the company and the broader industry at Ballast Nedam. Since 2023, she has also held the position of Board Member at Rönesans Holding.
