The Garagum Project was launched in September 2018 in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan for the first multi-use hotel and business center of the region.
Project designers were inspired by Karakum Desert, one of the largest deserts on earth, through which runs a Karakum Canal, one of the largest water supply canals in the world.
The Hotel is located very close to the Ashgabat International Airport and only 10 km away from the city center. Garagum Hotel covers a construction area of 68,900 m2, with 28,573 m2 indoor, and consists of eight floors including the technical floor.
The hotel has eight family suites, 17 standard rooms, 47 deluxe rooms, and 15 super deluxe rooms, totaling 87 rooms and 102 beds. Portrayed as one of the “most special” projects in the area thanks to its architecture, luxury and location, Garagum Hotel also features a shopping mall, a 150-seat restaurant, meeting rooms, SPA and gym.
