At the EMEA Finance Project Finance Awards 2025, the acquisition of Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım’s shopping centre projects in İzmir and Ankara received the Best Real Estate Deal award. Rönesans Gayrimenkul is Türkiye’s largest commercial real estate platform, operating across seven cities with 740,000 square metres of gross leasable area and welcoming 114 million visitors annually.
The Nakkaş-Başakşehir Motorway Project, developed by Rönesans Holding, also received the Best PPP Deal award at the Project Finance Awards 2025. One of Türkiye’s key transport infrastructure investments, the Nakkaş-Başakşehir Motorway stands out for providing an alternative route between Asia and Europe and facilitating access to critical destinations such as İstanbul Airport, Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital, as well as the industrial zone.
Rönesans Enerji, a joint venture between Rönesans Holding and TotalEnergies, received three awards from EMEA Finance as it continues to expand its investments with the ambition of becoming one of Türkiye’s three largest green energy companies. At the Project Finance Awards 2025, the company received the Best Renewable Energy Deal award for its innovative distributed generation projects in Türkiye. At the Achievement Awards 2025, it was also recognised with the Best M&A Renewables Deal in EMEA award for the acquisition of Gökçedağ Enerji and an Achievement Award for the refinancing of the Alaçam Enerji facility.
