İpek Ilıcak Kayaalp, Chairperson of Rönesans, Featured in Forbes
İpek Ilıcak Kayaalp shared the success story of Rönesans Holding, highlighting its €8 billion investments and strong global partnerships, in Forbes.
İpek Ilıcak Kayaalp, Chairperson of Rönesans Holding, states: “To date, we have completed dozens of investment projects with a total value of 8 billion euros. In doing so, we have attracted approximately 2 billion euros in direct foreign investment and secured around 4 billion euros in foreign financing for our country.”
Rönesans Holding has tripled its turnover over the past decade, reaching 3.1 billion euros. Starting with real estate, the group has expanded into energy and healthcare investments, and its diversification efforts have now extended to industrial projects.
Growing by reinvesting earnings from construction into other sectors is a solid strategy. However, consistently forming partnerships with some of the world’s largest global companies in the industry requires exceptional expertise. As Rönesans Holding transitions into an investment holding company, it has established alliances with prominent partners such as Total Energies, IFC, and Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), a Singaporean sovereign wealth fund. The company has undertaken 40 billion euros worth of construction projects, transforming its gains into 8 billion euros of investment in Türkiye. Up next are new ventures valued at 4 billion euros.
