The gong was rung for Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım at Borsa İstanbul
Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş., Türkiye's largest shopping centre investor by number and gross leasable area, with 12 shopping centres in its portfolio, began trading on the Borsa İstanbul Star Market under the ticker symbol, RGYAS today (26 April 2024, Friday) following a gong ceremony.Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş which operates in seven cities in Türkiye as the investor and operator of chain shopping centre brands like Optimum, Hilltown, and Piazza commenced trading today on the Borsa İstanbul Star Market. The gong ceremony was attended by Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul, İpek Ilıcak Kayaalp, the Chair of Rönesans Holding, along with executives from Rönesans Holding and Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım, as well as executives from Ak Yatırım and Deniz Yatırım, plus many guests.

The public offering of Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım, led by the consortium of Ak Yatırım and Deniz Yatırım, attracted demand 2.60 times the total allocation amount. Following the public offering, a total of 2,454,271 investors, including 2,454,093 domestic individual investors, became partners in Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım, with the public offering size reaching approximately 4.5 billion TL, and the public float rate reaching 10.08%.Combining over 30 years of construction experience with extensive real estate experience, Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım, established in 2006, continues to operate as Rönesans Holding's commercial real estate development and investment company in Türkiye.
