Hüseyin Özdemir graduated from TED Ankara College in 1998. He had his bachelor’s degree at METU Civil Engineering Department in 2003 and his master's degree at METU Industrial Engineering Department in 2005. Following his experience at construction companies since he had his bachelor’s degree, he joined the Rönesans group in 2008 and worked as the member of Rönesans Türkiye İnşaat Group’s Executive Board and Board Member after holding different positions in Turkish projects. Since 2021, he has been a Rönesans Holding Board Member.
