The first of Rönesans Real Estate Investment’s “Optimum” brand shopping center projects, Ankara Optimum Outlet was opened on October 29, 2004.
Optimum Outlet, which served as Ankara's first outlet shopping center when it opened on October 29, 2004, has become one of the largest outlet shopping centers in Turkey, with the construction of an additional building that was opened on November 18, 2006.

Ankara Optimum Outlet, the discount center for quality shopping with many alternative shopping options, hosts top brands such as Vakko, Boyner Outlet, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Skechers, Media Markt, Teknosa, LCW, Adidas, Mudo, Puma, Koton, Derimod, Network, Playland, Rollhouse, and Avşar Cinema.
