Set to become a landmark in İzmir, Göztepe Gürsel Aksel Stadium stands out with a mixed-use design that fulfills UEFA and the Turkish Football Federation criteria.
The project is built over an area of 34.651 square meters in the Üçkuyular neighborhood of Konak district in İzmir, with a total construction area of 94.541 square meters. With a capacity of 20 thousand people, the stadium will serve multiple purposes not only with a sports complex but with entertainment centers, a sports museum, exhibition halls, food courts and a parking garage.
As is the case with all other Rönesans projects, the stadium is designed with a consideration of the environment in the region. The project has completed in 2020.
