ArenAPoort is another project by Ballast Nedam inside Urban Interactive District (UID) in Amsterdam Zuidoost... The project will be run in partnership with AM company over an area of 25.000 square meters near Johan Cruijff ArenA Football Stadium, a landmark in Amsterdam.
UID is a project that will be a breath of fresh air in urban structures around the globe... It involves not only residences and offices, but hotels, theaters, entertainment venues, restaurants and cafés sprawling over a 160.000 square meter area with 4 different sections and an underground parking garage. The project designed with an innovative energy system based on the Paris Agreement is already a major example of urban transformation and a sustainability vision.
The construction is expected to start in 2020.
