Kahramanmaraş Piazza received the Gold Award in the “Community” category at the ICSC Global MAXI Awards, becoming the only project from Türkiye to be recognised this year.The Women’s Craft and Trade Festival, implemented to support women’s entrepreneurship, promote local production, and empower communities, stood out as a strong example of social impact.

Supporting Youth Through Education and Talent Programmes
Through our youth talent programmes and scholarship initiatives, we support young people in their education and career journeys.- To date, 14,000 students have been supported through scholarship programmes, while more than 468,000 children and young people have been reached through social support initiatives.
- Through the Design the Sustainable Future Competition, engagement has reached over 400,000 students across more than 150 universities.
- The Pusula: Beginning of the Future Programme has enabled more than 1,850 graduates to take their first steps into professional life.
- In collaboration with UNICEF and the Ministry of National Education, efforts are underway to support vocational education for young people. Within this scope, the “From Learning to Earning for Youth” project is being implemented at Gaziantep City Hospital.

Building Sustainable Infrastructure and Urban Impact
Ballast Nedam: Advancing Infrastructure in the Netherlands
Ballast Nedam, together with Fluor Corporation under the ALSÉÉN consortium, has officially started the realisation phase of the new Merwedebrug project.The project includes the construction of a new arch bridge with a 260-metre span and a movable section, designed to ensure safe road transport and efficient inland navigation. It represents a key step in improving traffic flow along one of the Netherlands’ main north–south corridors.
Revitalising Urban Life: Rijnkade in Arnhem
The renewed Rijnkade waterfront in Arnhem has been officially opened following extensive redevelopment works delivered by the construction consortium.The project enhances urban space while integrating sustainability features, including shore power systems for vessels and the use of largely emission-free equipment during construction. The revitalised area now offers improved public spaces for walking, social interaction, and community life.
