During the Türkiye–France Business Roundtable Meeting held at the DEİK headquarters in Istanbul, we signed a EUR 50 million Shopping Line Loan Memorandum of Understanding with the French Export Credit Agency Bpifrance.This agreement will enable new opportunities for French exporters to contribute to Rönesans projects in Türkiye and neighboring regions, further strengthening the economic bridge between our two nations.

Chairperson İpek Ilıcak Kayaalp and senior executives presented the company’s 2025 financial results and strategic priorities.Supported by strong occupancy rates across its portfolio of 12 shopping centers and 4 office complexes, a resilient income structure, and disciplined financial management, RGY achieved a 37% increase in adjusted net operational income, closing 2025 at EUR 212 million.
