Rönesans Holding Signed a Share Purchase Agreement to Acquire Rabobank A.Ş.
Rönesans Holding signed a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of all of Rabobank A.Ş.'s shares from Rabobank International Holding B.V. According to the agreement between Rönesans Holding and Rabobank International Holding B.V., all shares of Rabobank A.Ş., which has been operating in Türkiye since 2014 and serving large-scale corporate clients, will be transferred to Rönesans Holding upon finalization of regulatory approvals.
Rönesans Holding, which operates in five main sectors: construction, energy, healthcare, real estate, and industrial investments, will add the financial sector to its areas of operation with this acquisition. Rönesans Holding, distinguished by its ability to establish foreign partnerships and generate international financing, had completed the initial public offering of Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım in April 2024.
The transaction, for which GKC Partners acted as the legal advisor to Rönesans Holding, will be completed upon the regulatory approvals.
