Rönesans Wins IJGlobal Award for Ceyhan PDH-PP Project!
Rönesans' Ceyhan PDH-PP Project, Turkey’s largest project finance deal of 2024, has won the "Oil & Gas Deal in Europe" award at IJGlobal Awards 2024.
Ceyhan PDH-PP Project has been honoured with the "Oil & Gas Deal in Europe Award" at the IJGlobal Awards 2024.
As the largest project financing agreement signed in Türkiye in 2024, the Ceyhan PDH-PP project is a polypropylene production facility with an annual capacity of 472.5 thousand tons, aiming to reduce Türkiye’s dependency on imports in the petrochemical sector.
Developed through the partnership of
Rönesans and Sonatrach, the project will produce various polypropylene products for durable and long-lasting applications, aligned with the European Union’s regulations on single-use plastics. Additionally, the use of 100% renewable electricity and internally produced hydrogen as fuel will significantly reduce carbon emissions compared to traditional methods.
