Türkiye’s Largest Local-Content Wind Turbines
Following the commissioning of Türkiye’s largest local-content wind turbines at the YEKA-3 Sivas Wind Power Plant, Rönesans Enerji has successfully completed the initial partial acceptance process for the YEKA-3 Malatya Wind Power Plant.As part of the YEKA-3 project, located across the provinces of Malatya, Sivas, and Çorum, Rönesans Enerji will install a total of 27 wind turbines—each with a capacity of 7 MW—reaching a combined installed capacity of 189 MW. This marks the implementation of Türkiye’s largest wind turbines with the highest level of local content.

Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım Publishes 2024 TSRS & Sustainability Reports
Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım has published its 2024 TSRS and Sustainability Reports. Key highlights include:Since 2017, carbon emissions in shopping centers have been reduced by 54.9%, with a goal to source 100% of energy from renewable sources by 2030.
All 15 assets in the portfolio hold the BREEAM In-Use Outstanding certification—an achievement reached by only around 1% of buildings worldwide.
Feasibility studies for solar energy in Kırşehir and wind energy in İzmir have been completed.
Business partners have been certified in line with sustainability criteria through the “Trace of the Future” Certification Program.

Rönesans Holding's Netherlands-based group company Ballast Nedam, which has a rich history in sustainable urban development, continues to design innovative, human-centred living spaces in harmony with nature.One example of this vision is the Bredius Project, built using environmentally friendly materials such as CLT and Redux concrete—preferred for carbon-neutral structures. These natural materials help reduce greenhouse gases thanks to their low carbon emissions and minimal environmental impact.
The use of fully electric construction machinery also helps minimise environmental effects.
