Highlights from Rönesans – December'25

22 January 2026
From green energy transition initiatives to gender equality trainings, Rönesans’ December highlights progress across sustainability performance, energy capacity, and infrastructure achievements.

Strengthening Social Impact

Gender equality training programs have reached more than 9,000 people across Rönesans group companies!

By collaborating with multi-stakeholder partners, we have extended our impact beyond our employees to a wide audience—from visitors in our shopping malls to solution partners in our hospital facilities. We have delivered over 7,000 hours of training, aiming to raise awareness not only about workplace equality and creating safe and inclusive workplaces, but also about the different forms of violence women may encounter in family and social settings.

Our efforts under the Business Against Domestic Violence Project (BADV) program also strengthen these trainings. We continue to take responsibility, raise awareness, and implement concrete actions to create a fairer and more supportive work and living environment.

Perspectives on the Green Energy Transition

Emre Hatem, Board Member & Energy Group President of Rönesans Holding, joined the Oksijen Future Forum.

In a session moderated by journalist Elif Ergu Demiral, Emre Hatem shared insights on Rönesans' initiatives in green buildings, low-carbon industrial investments, energy storage solutions, and sustainable transportation. He also highlighted Türkiye’s strategic position in the energy sector and Rönesans’ approach to the green energy transition.
