Powering the Future: Türkiye’s Largest Unlicensed Wind Power Plant

Rönesans Enerji has signed a €54.4 million investment loan agreement with TSKB for self-consumption oriented wind (RES) and solar (GES) energy projects to be implemented in İzmir and Kırşehir.

With a total installed capacity of 35 MW, Türkiye’s largest unlicensed wind power plant, and a 16 MW solar power plant, Rönesans Holding group companies will meet a significant portion of their electricity needs through green and carbon-neutral energy.

Powering Retail with Green Energy

From 2017 to 2024, Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım (RGY) reduced shared area energy consumption per unit of construction area, along with related carbon emissions, by 54.9%.

With ongoing wind and solar power projects in İzmir and Kırşehir, RGY will meet the full electricity demand of its shopping centres with renewable energy by 2026.

20% EBITDA Growth in 1H 2025: Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım Reports Strong Performance
Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım has announced its 1H 2025 financial results, continuing its sustainable and profitable growth.

In the first half of 2025, RGY achieved a 20% increase in EBITDA to €89 million, supported by strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.




Sustainability Excellence: “Outstanding” Certification for 15 Assets

Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım has achieved the highest level in sustainable operations and management by receiving the “Outstanding” level BREEAM IN USE certification for 12 shopping centres and 3 office buildings in its portfolio.

Globally, approximately 1% of certified buildings reach the "Outstanding" level.
