Two new awards for the Rönesans project in Russia

Neva Towers has won two awards at CRE All-Russia Awards 2020.
Constructed in Moscow’s business and residential hub Moscow City with an investment of 1.2 billion dollars, Neva Towers consists of two high-rise structures: a 79-floor residential building that reaches a height of 345 meters, and a 65-floor office building. The architectural and process solutions implemented in Neva Towers are designed to meet the highest standards in world-class office buildings, and embody the company’s vision of the future. Neva Towers has garnered the Best Mixed-Use Project and Best Deal of the Year awards at the CRE All-Russia Awards 2020 ceremony organized in Moscow in the evening of September 24th.
Launched upon an initiative by the opinion leaders of the Russian real estate industry, CRE All-Russia Awards are considered to be the most prominent and prestigious awards in the industry since 2003. The company of ‘firsts’ with operations in 28 countries across the world, Rönesans continues to add value to Turkey and the world with the projects that it conducts, the foreign currency it brings to the country, the employment opportunities it creates all over the world, as well as the prestigious awards it obtains.
One of the fastest-growing Turkish companies in the international arena, Rönesans has built three major projects in the Moscow International Business Center, also known as Moscow City: Neva Towers; Federation Tower, the highest building in the region; as well as Evolution Tower.
Neva Towers had previously been designated “Best International Residential High-Rise Architecture Project” at the International Property Awards. The Neva Towers project also holds a LEED Gold Certificate owing to its eco-friendly features.
