Renaissance Pravda, developed between the years 2008 and 2010, is among the region’s “Class A” projects with its distinctive location, architecture, advanced technology and convenience.
Located within walking distance to the city’s public transportation network, including the metro, Renaissance Pravda’s office building was formerly the headquarters of the famous Pravda newspaper founded in the city in 1912, which contributes to the unique character of the project.
Furthermore, its unique architecture, impressive four-story atrium, balconies and street lights reflect the city’s character. The project is also known for being the first office building in Russia to receive LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). With a leasable area of 16,609 m2, the project also received three prestigious awards at the International Property Awards held in London in 2013. Renaissance Pravda was recognized as the best office development project in Russia and the best commercial project in Russia and Europe.
