The 246-meter high Evolution Tower Project, of which Rönesans was the main contractor, is another new landmark Moscow City. The project, combining the most advanced engineering technologies with Russian architecture, is inspired by the Saint Basil’s Cathedral and Tatlin’s Tower.
The building displays evolutionary qualities, representing the idea of development and future with a spiral structure. Completed in 2015 over a 169.000 square meter construction area, the project became a finalist in MIPIM 2016 thanks to its distinctive design. (MIPIM Awards go to best real estate projects in the world.)
The 54-story building is among the most prestigious ones in Moscow International Business Center, sprawling over an office area of 80 thousand square meters. Starting from the center point of the skyscraper, each story rises up with a 3-degree twist, resulting in an elegant, clockwise spiral at more than 150-degree angle in total from floor to ceiling.
Aside from offices, the Evolution Tower hosts shopping and entertainment centers as well as a parking garage over a 36 thousand square meter area.
