Amur Gas Processing Plant
Rönesans Holding began constructing the exterior facilities of Gazprom’s Amur Gas Processing Plant in 2018. When complete, the gas processing plant in Eastern Siberia on the Chinese border will be the biggest in Russia and among the top in the world.
The project worth USD 1.6 billion run by Renaissance Heavy Industries by Rönesans Holding will result in a gas processing plant with an annual production capacity of 42 billion cubic meters. Aside from natural gas, valuable components will be processed in the plant for petrochemical and other industries, including chiefly helium, ethane, LPG and derivatives of pentane-hexane. The processed natural gas will be exported to China through Power of Siberia pipeline. Amur will also include the biggest helium production plant in the world.
Along with exterior facilities, Renaissance Heavy Industries will also build roads and communication channels between the units, liquefied natural gas tank with a load rack, a single operation chamber with an integrated facility management system and various energy, administrative and auxiliary facilities.
